Every bag of Five Sixteen Coffee is roasted to order and shipped directly to your door. Because we never stockpile pre-roasted inventory, your coffee is as fresh as it gets — often roasted the very same day it ships.

How It Works
You place your order
Your order is confirmed and sent to our roasting facility. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.
We roast & pack your coffee
Your beans are roasted fresh and packaged with Five Sixteen branding — typically within 1–3 business days of your order.
Your order ships
Orders ship within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number by email once it's on its way.
Coffee at your door
Carrier transit times vary by location. Most US customers receive their order within 7–10 days of purchase in total.
Domestic & international
United States — Free shipping
All orders ship free anywhere in the contiguous United States. No minimums, no fees at checkout. Roasted and shipped from our US facilities.
International orders
We do ship internationally; however, the process is a bit more involved. Reach out to us to coordinate an international shipment.
A few things to know
Processing time vs. delivery time
The 3–5 business day window is our fulfillment time — how long it takes us to roast and hand your order to the carrier. Carrier transit time is separate and depends on your location.
Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days of your order, please reach out and we'll look into it.
Shipping delays
Carrier delays can occasionally occur, especially during holidays. We appreciate your patience — the coffee is worth the wait. If your order appears stuck or lost, contact us and we'll make it right.
